Recording your clip locally.

Press Record to capture the clip on your own computer. Here's what happens next — all of it is normal:

Your browser asks to "Share this tab". That's how it captures the video. Choose this tab and click Share. Nothing is sent to Cite the Record.
Your mouse pauses for a few seconds. That keeps the cursor out of your clip. Press Esc any time to stop and get your mouse back.
It records in real time. A 30-second clip takes 30 seconds. You'll see a countdown, then move on to save it.

Load the Parliament preview first. Record will turn on once you do.
